Ordered 3 items last week and they should be here by now but haven't shipped yet. They took their money fast enough though.
Emailed to cancel the order and still no response after 3 days.
They seem to have plenty of time to tweet and market, but not provide their basic services for customers.
I'm going to give them another day before I file a fraud alert with my cc

I can't believe I was such an idiot that I purchased from this place don't they realize that the majority of the purchases go for children and it do do not complete the order that means you're going to miss the birthday or the gifted is being sent to the child because of their mistake my son didn't get a gift on his birthday they charged me but it took more than a month for the purchase to even be arrive

If you like the phrase "order processing". Then please order from zavvi as that is all you will see for eternity.
A sloth could hands down beat this company at getting products out efficiently.
They sell stock they don't have, so prepare to pay for something you won't get.
Zavvi is part of like 10 other company's so you contact zavvi customer service but get a response from look fantastic.com.
It's amateur hour on an unprecedented scale, even Wish is better and faster.

I live in the U.S. and ordered a Blu-ray disk from Zavvi. The product description on the website indicated the disk was formatted for Regions A, B, and C. But when we popped the disk into our Region A Blu Ray player, we were treated to an error message saying that the disk could only be read on a Region B player.Contacting Zavvi customer service was an ordeal. They do not make it easy. Chat line is broken or disabled. Email they provide for customer service on their refund page bounces straight back. You have to set up an account in order to contact someone and receive a response about your order. After which you have to go through several cycles of back-and-forth, providing the order number and your address and the name of the product (all of which you included in your original form).Finally, a representative (in my case, "Liam") told me that they could not give a refund for a Blu Ray that had been opened.How would I have discovered that the disk would not play if I had not opened the disk and tried to play it?!!I reached out once more to say that I had to OPEN the disk to discover it WOULD NOT PLAY. And that I did NOT receive the item promised in their product description.But I was told, once again, that they could not issue a refund for an opened Blu Ray.I would give 0 stars to Zavvi if I could. I am 100% dissatisfied, frustrated, and ripped off. Wish I had seen all of these negative reviews before I ordered from them. Worst experience ordering online I have ever had. And customer service was atrocious and obviously designed to get you to give up without satisfaction.UPDATE: The Zavvi Bot replied to this review to ask me for my order number so they could "find my account." I provided the info and then heard nothing more. TOTAL SCAMMERS.

None of my orders were fulfilled properly, none of my items came within 5 weeks or later, 1 out 10 items had damage, and when I left, they refused to close my account, as a former customer now I'm on here so everyone knows to stay clear of these guys, they tell lies about resolving problems and issues, none of which have ever, ever been sorted, they also steal from my account for no reason! But something that should be noted is your ignored, no matter what it is they do nothing, none of my items arrived on time and only 1 out of 10 come undamaged, for a review I'd say stay well clear, don, t go there, as you end up having to do their work for them. And the type cast response when they respond is always a resolved issue, not true none of the issues or problems were resolved,

Zavvi were perfectly happy to leave me waiting three weeks after placing my order with no updates regarding any delays. After cancelling the order at this time, they shipped it a few days later anyway. You can only submit an enquiry to customer services by signing into an account and submitting an online form. Probably the worst online vendor I've used. Ever.Update: To cap it all off, they sent a courier to collect my return (numerous emails backwards and forwards with different staff asking for information that I'd already provided before I could even get a collection date) and then... silence. Several weeks and no signs of a refund. And now Zavvi have flagged my review with TrustPilot, claiming that "I've not had a genuine experience with them"!!! I only wish I hadn't. If only they could channel some of that energy into their customer service.


I found the website very easy to use & we got prompt delivery & they have very competitive prices.

The collectables and products are great and the value for money is good too

Where do I start? Zavvi have a ridiculous practice where if you pre-order something months in advance and then move before it’s released you can’t even amend the delivery address. Stupid! I missed two pre-orders I had placed months previously because of this. Despite having changed my delivery address in my account months before they were released. Zavvi say you have to cancel the order and reorder with your new delivery address - which is impossible when most of items which are up for preorder are generally sold out long before they go live. An absolutely ridiculous situation that could easily be resolved by just sending the item to the address available on your account rather than the previous address you ordered under. Common sense! I changed my HMV account delivery online with no problems whatsoever! Zavvi could learn a lot from them.

The products are as described and of good quality. The delivery time is also very reasonable and the price of my T-shirt is cheaper than other places

Terrible company great deals they cannot commit to ive been waiting nearly a month now for an offer they had and im getting no where. I have contacted them 4 times now to ask where my items are and all they keep saying is it should be with you they don't know why its delayed, I should see movement on the account soon, they have escalated the issue with stock room yet im still waiting. I have asked them what the issue is to get a reply of I do not know....... I'll never buy from them again when someone says its too good to be true this company is the reason why there is this saying. WARNING DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY......

After over a month I still have not received my item despite being told it will arrive by 29 January (now 17 February). No one will refund me. I am out of pocket and have tried to get a refund multiple times.

Good products and arrive well packed sale items are tremendous value,but slow deliveries at times but that's post office not zavvi so I would definitely recommend.
